I worked with Palmetto Home Buyers recently for the sale of my house of eleven years just recently, and the experience could not have been smoother. As a first time home seller, I was admittedly a little overwhelmed as I began researching various companies, agents, etc., and considering which route to take as far as selling directly to a company or listing the house on the market in a more traditional manner. Luckily, I decided to reach out to this company. After an initial phone call answering some basic questions about the condition of the house and the current standing of my mortgage loan, they called me back within half an hour with what I considered to be a very fair offer, especially given that several appliances in the house needed repairs. From there, I was able to set my own goal date for closing and worked closely with Michele, Melissa, and their team to complete all the necessary steps for meeting that goal. Whether it was scheduling a walkthrough, visits from the HVAC expert and plumber, or signings with the attorneys, the team were extremely accommodating and courteous in helping to work around my schedule, and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had along the way. My initial interaction with this company was amazing and due to some confusion, my second experience, did not end in a sale. But my most recent interaction was a 10! As an organization, they reached out to me so see how things could have been done differently. And typically, companies do not want to hear from people that do not buy.
