We contacted Melissa about the need to sell our house. We met with her & Michelle and were given a very fair offer. With my husband & myself being disabled, it was impossible for us to do the repairs needed to get it on the market or the money. I did my homework on their company and everything I read and they told us was true. The two of them stood by their word the entire process. We are so thankful we found them. I contacted them online and they called me back and set up a time to look at my property the next day. I received a fair offer, and was able to close within a week.
